"Stolen" skins from wild animals

Not so much a bug as it is an oversight. I killed a wild dog, took its skin to sell to a merchant, and got beat up and thrown in jail for stealing. :\

Running Kenshi 90.9.

:lol: I have had this as well on dog teeth. And I found out about it when I was attacked by the merchant
