Bugged heavy armor Crafting

So i'm trying to craft a bunch of heart protectors... but i notice that the station he is using has nothing queued. So I open the ques items list and find that there is indeed 6 items in ques. Version 91.18

You have two Heavy Armour Smithy, are you sure they are queued in the right one?
