Crash after loading area/quick save

Description:
First the game crashed in the area around here: http://puu.sh/1hT0X
(I was on my way to Capital)
After that crash the game seems to crash everytime I quick save

It seems to be sort of gone now, after a couple time crashing because i wanted to save, it seems to be working fine again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Quick Save

Consistency
Everytime i quick save
It's the first time the game crashed while loading another area for me, might happen again but has not yet happened yet.

Severity:
crash, can be quite annoying because it happens everytime i want to save and i have to restart the game

None that i know of currently

It's already stopped happening but here it is.
Also while you're reading this i'd like to note 2 other possible bugs:
At the town 'Trader's Edge' the trading and clothing stores are empty, there's no npc's around either except in the bar.

After i left Trader's Edge a group of dust bandits walked in the town and they didn't attack me until i did(there was a delay too, it took them a while before they all started attacking me)

Another bug(at least i think) are the beds, for some reason when i'm injured and i used a medkit and i go to a bed to rest, my character only rests for about 5 seconds and then steps out without being fully healed, i have to repeatedly get him into the bed to rest for a couple of health points on the limbs.
