What I want to know is if I kill a store owner and no one is around, Will everyone be all agro at me, Or do they have to see me do it? You could kill a lot of people in a town before getting noticed if they were 'stealth kills'.

Jack the Ripper was a (in)famous London serial killer from 1888 who was never caught or even identified. He did some pretty horrible things with the corpses of his victims (I'll not go into details of the mutilations, you can look him up on Wikipedia if you really want to know). Though he only killed prostitutes, so if you kill storekeepers you're not really reenacting Jack the Ripper.

I wonder, will there be prostitutes in Kenshi? (Now that my kidney harvesting scheme is off the table, I need some other nefarious plan to strike fear into the hearts of NPCs)

there hasn't been any indication it won't be, so I suppose the planned release is still going to take place.

Did you see the update on the medical system. Looks awesome. especially the part where it says "if a limb drops to -100 it will be severed"

I want to hack people's arms off and beat them to death with it ! though I suppose that would count as "stun" damage which will heal quickly. Can you actually get killed by stun damage? Probably.

And there is an actual blood meter? Nice. Will doctors use leeches to cure your illnesses? (aka bloodletting)

Lol I can imagine doctors using leaches and it makes you die faster (bloodloss).

But perhaps there are some diseases that can be cured better through bloodletting? In which case you will have to consider the pros/cons of losing some blood as opposed to incurring certain penalties (slower reaction or recuperation of lost health points) whilst sick.

EDIT: Or by leeching yourself on purpose, your body gets more resilient to bleeding/blood loss.

Can you even get sick? I certainly do hope so. I also hope that you can poison people. (Political career, here I come )

When I look at this game, I'm looking for the 'just cause'... The whimsical just cause not the... whyd you staple a cat to the roof just cause.. Oh wait they are the same one.. I am babbling, which is hard to do... when you typeing, I also have no Grammar, where is that Cactus/Cacti/Cactuses guy.

There's plenty of MMO(RPG)s out there that involve countless hours of grinding, take your pick.

Although I suppose that the first few hours of Kenshi will also involve lots of running from fights/crawling to doctors. Until you got the skills to defend yourself that is. And losing gives more experience than winning, so losing isn't bad. (extremely nice mechanic by the way)

Oh, I don't want to stop you. And I agree, the game looks fun, I am only worried that if you have a stroke of bad luck at the beginning (a few bandit ambushes, a grievous wound, or just bad stats) the first few hours of the game could potentially become tedious. After that, if/when you recover and new ways open to you as you become less dependent on others, this will change ofcourse.

@allblackz93: It's working, the new members thread is getting responses from some new * members.
