Roving Shop Guards opening/attacking my gates

My outpost is set to private, and some shop guards came along (from outta nowhere), and opened up my gate.

They then proceeded to run towards the other gate, which they clipped right through without opening [a seperate issue which i'm still testing].

They ran back and forth doing this a few times. save/reload doesn't get rid of the problem.

Edit: really annoying, because if i close the gates, if they try to go out from the inside, they won't open the gates, but will start attacking them!
