Stuck in stone processor

Whenever you have the worker working, its fine until you save or the game auto saves then your worker gets moved inside the processor and he cannot get out.

Windows 8 32bit NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

The only way i have figured out is to "Reset squads position ONLY" at the main menu.

And no i did not see another topic about this.

Pick them up... It will remove them from the processor.
