For me I was just heading north from Skinner's Roam and I happened upon roughly 100+ bandits/Holy Empire/Empire dead bodies everywhere

Beating down sand ninja group => outfitting them with state of the art katanas and armor/clothing => patching them up again => watching them wreak havoc amongst the empire people

Two dust bandit raiding parties arriving at my base just after I finished building. Nothing like 20 guys completely armored, merrily chopping away with Planks and Fragment Axes at some punks in green trousers :D

Way back when, there used to be a couple small outposts walled in,and controlled by one of the "bad" factions. It was on a mountain ridge, and had like 40 guys inhabiting it.

The good guys, would oddly send traders to it...... which would start this huge battle with most of the inhabitants from the nearby good guys towns streaming to it.the good guys would wipe the outposts out right after the game started.

But on some starts,i managed to get there right at the beginning, and join in.It was very fun.Must have been 60+ guys still fighting when id get there. It was fun to watch.

I just had a nice fight about a week ago. I had started a new game (to make some screenies for a contest). When i reached 11 guys of around 20 skill i decided to try to attack a town for the first time with this group.

I attacked the dead cats from Telbooze, which was a bad idea since the town has to entry gates, which means double the amount of armed mercenaries. Anyway, gate guards, merchants, merchant guards, shopkeeper, shop guards and the swords for hire from the 2-3 bars were a pretty big challenge. (a group of bandits even decided to come and get some fun too lol)

There were so many enemies, i had to change tactics because they were healing their fallen people while i was busy fighting, so i decided to loot fallen enemies right away (so they don't get back into the fight if they are healed).

In the end, there were like 40+ naked guys in a heap and all over Telbooze, while a few people were still fighting

After the battle I healed a few of them to get "friendly again" (hey it was just a friendly spar for the exp"). I saw a few guards take up their position in front of the gate and I actually felt bad for them (they were naked since i looted everyone). If a bandit squad attacks, the dead cats won't survive i fear :(

Maybe, i'll go back out there and hit them again (so i can loot them) to give them a rusty sword so they can atleast defend themselves...

You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Destroyed a roaming band with my full squad. The last guy to die went up against my starter character, who is max tall and squarely built.

The last hit was interesting, because all I saw was the enemy guy flying up through the air and do about 4-5 cartwheels before plopping on the sand.

My thought was "Oohhh... he dead!".

Early on, after hiring my first lackey in Catan and putting a shirt on him, I decided to find north and head north.

After about 5 minutes of running, I get attacked by a half-dead Sand Ninja boss. He kicked both our arses. Three hungry bandits finish him, then faint from blood loss. I get up, first aid, take their weapons and the ninja's armor, and noticed more fighting in the distance.
It was about four squads of each of the two empires fighting a seemingly-endless amount of bandits and ninjas.
I looted everything I could while fighting off a straggler bandit or two. I hauled off with a huge amount of high-end weapons and armor, and used it to finance a two-man town.
That person I recruited is still wearing the captain's longcoat that I took off one of the bodies. It's kinda the thing now.

I didn't even know what such a thing was when I had my Numbers 5 and 6 [ offense/defense] newbies out looking for swag in Death Valley. [outside of a Holy Empire town up on a hill]. As we got closer we could see the small '' 20 pts.right arm'' or ''10 pts.left leg'' font lighting up the air in the far distance accompanied by tiny moving dots that stopped moving and which became a Balaclava of dead everyone. Bandits of both colors, brown/dun and yellow, dead ninjas in black. Holy empire guys in red [with small backpacks which is handy early on], and some big guys I had not seen before in blue and bright yellow who had the toughest armor I saw yet. I put this in the hands of the ''Old Soldier'' because I could not yet bear the weight until later and grabbed every decent sword I could find and got the hell out of there just as two new big groups were drawn in. Easily 50-80 dead on the valley floor. Maybe more. The ridge of the mountain provided a great ringside seat and I had great new red Captains longcoat duds on and new shirts and 'ring' swords for everyone. The only thing missing was one of those fancy drinks with an umbrella while we watched.

I picked up a hungry bandit and was training him up to be a useful sparring partner over the course of a few game days. Eventually I felt confident to give him some decent weapons and armour. Over the course of the training session he took down his partner then the next 8 guys I sent in to try and stop him. He then ran (walked) off into the sunset while the majority of my party bled out on the sand.

Somewhere out there is a god of battle disguised as a hungry bandit.

Rofl. I had been considering doing something similar just to train up my own guys. Good to know I will have to worry about them getting too strong.

Last night my camp was attacked by Dust bandits...

...lots of dust bandits...

...and bands of hungry bandits (yes, I said "bands" - plural - at least three groups)...

...and Holy Empire troops...

...and more Holy Empire troops...

...and Sand Ninjas...

...with their friends and allies, the Lots-More-Sand-Ninjas clan...

...all at the same time.

(There may have been more enemies that I just didn't notice in all the chaos. All I can assume is that my scouting party, which have become quite fleet of foot, were pulling a massive train and didn't know it, bringing the lot of them down on my outpost.)

During the fray, a wandering Police officer and an entire band of Empire Conscripts got wiped out trying to come to my aid.

Of my band of 13, when the dust settled, left standing was my main PC (Kuan Yu), one hired sword (Carver), and Infinite Wingding (whom I renamed simply "Zen" in a fit of irony). I'm amazed nobody bleed to death before I could get to healing (it was close, I had to pull a medic out of the fight, at one point, to see to the worst of them - he got hammered right after saving three squadmates from certain death).

Wish I had FRAPS on my laptop...or better yet, had been playing it on my gaming rig for hi-fidelity carnage.

With a little advice from Den, I modded all the squads to be huge. And there was wars everywhere I went. Even if there wasn't many individual squads, each squad had 100 of whatever units they were in.

Pure carnage, everywhere.
