Backpackception?

I noticed something while playing that I was not sure whether to classify it as a small glitch/bug or something intentionally put in the game (and due to the fact that it's easy to abuse in nature I'm pretty sure it's the first). I found that you can put a backpack within a backpack and the backpack inside the backpack still retains the items inside that backpack. Also if you have a traders backpack you can stack the backpacks or if you would rather you can have a backpack in a backpack inside your backpack's backpack. As you can see this can easily be abused to have unlimited item space, as of now I experimented with it and found using it for that purpose is also buggy at best and can cause game crashes if you are not careful with how you remove the backpack in your backpack's backpack or if you put the backpack inside your backpack on while you are wearing the backpack it is in... Like I said I am honestly not sure this if this is a glitch a bug or a really strange inventory feature but either way because it can cause crashes and be a game breaker if abused I think something should be done about it in a future update. I have not seen any posts about backpacks being used in this way when I did a search before but I apologize if that search was not done thoroughly and this is a double post.

Someone else posted about this as well. Usually, this sort of thing is unintentional and basically an exploit.
