i never liked vista lol, thats why i stay on XP. even win7 didnt make me move

Yeah, I never used Vista, because of all the bad things that were said about it. I also didn't want to switch to Win7, but I had to in order to get Deus Ex: HR working.

Are you sure? It works fine on Seven x64, which is Vista + dx11 - bugs.

Trying running it in compatibility mode + running as administrator. The usual things.

Initial thoughts: I'm still alive with a gaping hole in my chest, I don't need it bandaged.
It's an Alpha. 50% of the time, it crashes when you do anything other than fight.(This includes moving)
That being said, I'm enjoying myself modding/testing the game.
I recommend buying it so that you can help develop the game for yourself and anyone else who wishes to buy it.

Just now got it working, because Windows Vista is the best OS on the market. Loving it so far, good work.
