Ok, after playing Kenshi for quite a few hours I have come across a number of game crippling bugs:
- invisible walls- around a town so none could enter
- all guards no longer attack anyone, all towns are an anarchy of roaming bandits
- 80% of all material traders have disappeared
- squad members do as they please, medics wont heal, random members reach destination then run in an undefined direction toward nothing in particular
-NEED an auto attack off button. Most frustrating aspect of the game.
- players and NPCS completely ignore user created walls. just run straight through...
- gates wont lock, I lock a gate and theres nothing I can do as a squad member auto unlocks it.
- keep receiving negative currency.
-Frequent game crashing- last error was to do with calling a pure virtual function.
- Can no longer hire from bars, no one there.
- Traders wont replenish stock or get rid of the last stuff I sold them.
Hope this helps, the games got a lot of potential but its near unplayable at the moment.

pps. A friend of mine has confirmed encountering all the same bugs, with the addition of some very undefined behaviour upon exceeding 10 squad members

I shall do it when I get back home, where will I find the save location?
Also, another thing to note is now I have about 14 men, most tough fights where my men go down they literally fall through the map.
I also found the ctrl + shift + f11 to work well as a temporary fix but it gives catastrophic load times.

I will have to upload in 3 parts due to the 2MB limit. There is a group of samurai outside the gates that are about to attack, 8/10 when a squad member falls he falls through the map and I have noticed that taking a squad member out to gather recruits or whatevever then after a while returning or refocussing to my town usually results in the meshes breaking. By any chance are the graphics procedurally generated?

From the save file you can also see that the guards for Brink dont do anything, so nearly all the traders and citizens are dead and gone. I dont know if you can reset that but its a major issue atm as I have very few places where I can sell

Well the rest will be looked into, but I can say that when you encounter any invisible walls they're errors in the navmesh and ctrl+shift+F11 should take care of them. The blocks button should set your squad to block only, and effectively act as an auto-attacks off button. As for many of the other issues you're experiencing, you can address at least the lack of traders and the like with a new game, import squad with my buildings. You may experience some oddities with your buildings, ctrl shift F11 should address them. You'll want to empty any containers that contain things that you can't stand to lose, for some reason the containers contents don't always come through an import.
It looks like your save may be useful to examine save game bloat as well, a save folder over 4 megs is quite a lot larger than it should be.

Sorry, by auto- attack I meant the way the squad will instantly charge at any enemy in range. Im not sure if its another known bug or not but I recently added another small stretch of wall from either side of the gate to a secondary gate further out. Only no one could leave the town. I had to delete the second gate and part of the wall and restart the game a few times before it would let me out.
I didnt know you could import with buildings, thats really useful! Thanks for the quick responses, hopefully the save file helps.

My save folder is even larger than that at 8.9MB, also I've now resigned from attempting any resource gathering. As my workers hand in whatever they have gathered on their return they run out of my semi built walls and just stand there and any attempt to send them back manually to the mines don't work
So i'm somewhat stuck in a rut atm

My save file was only about 6MB when I had a large list of bugs. My current save folder is 20MB, I have a large town and all the research/ buildings. And plenty of resources. There definitely seems to be some kind of correlation between filesize and glitches/ bugs.
Found a solution!
It was the pathing for when the mine or processor was full, as they tried to move between each other or to storage units they spazzed. So I made a new mine at an opposite angel (seems the alignment of the mine can destroy pathing now walls are back on its own) move storage units and left 1 building now empty for now.
Quick fix but least I can play again
