The other day I was soloing cannibals. After several hours of rampaging i was finally incapacitated. The problem: I was wearing heavy armor, wielding an Edge 5 fragment axe, and had a full backpack in my inventory. This resulted in the poor cannibal having to walk VERY slowly back to camp to carry me away. He moved so slowly that my best men where able to run from the other side of the map and beat him to his camp.
So the cannibals need a Strong person in their squads for just such a problem. Like a weight lifter.
Another solution is give them some rope or something and have a very cool dragging animation.
Or have them remove all the armor to carry the person away, or have them say: This dude is tooo heavy, lets just leave him to the vultures.
Cannibals need a special "buff" squad member, or something.

In hindsight, i think the reason why he was moving so slow, is that both his legs were probably broken...
I have been seeing this a lot with my victims, -600 for a limb. I want to get someone down to -1000.
I can't wait until dismemberment is implemented, then we can stop seeing fragment axes do 600 damage to someones legs, and start seeing legless people.

I remember reading a post somewhere on this forum about this specific topic, but I can't find it now.
Basically, the poster was talking about different "classes" for each of the factions (ranged, heavy, guard, scout, etc.), and the cannibals having their strongest carry the unconscious away during the heat of battle.
I imagine implementing this would be something akin to giving certain "classes" of NPCs different "Jobs" that will force the strongest ones to ignore combat and run away with unconscious bodies the moment they drop, granted that they aren't unconscious Cannibals, but flesh is flesh is flesh.
If I, or anyone, can find this post, please link it here for reference.
