Can't Update

So when I bought the game, the current version was 0.58, and I was able to use WyUpdate to get to 0.59 and .60 perfectly fine. But this time, when I run the wyupdate to get to .61, it tells me it is already up to date. But I've loaded my game, and even made a new game, to check for the Toughness stat and other medical updates, but I confirmed that it is still in version .60 and won't let me update. Any suggestions? Sorry if this doesn't belong in bug reports, but I'm assuming it meets the requirement of a bug.

(Also, I purchased the game via the main site, not steam.)

non steam takes a bit of time because of server bandwidth and Chris not having that much.
your key does work on steam thou

So if I were to register with Steam, it wouldn't say I used the key twice? and steam has access to the updates sooner due to the bandwith, etc?

your key is your key
so no it wouldnt say that
Steam uses a different setup for updates. and i believe thats why steam is easier to get updates on.
I'm not completely sure on the process thou. juts knows steam updates easily.
