NPC will not spawn in town...
I have made a specific npc that I want to spawn in a certain town (fisher). I have created the character, even made it's own division, and tried everything from adding the division, to adding squad, or the character directly to the town resident list, and I just cannot get it to spawn.

i know you have to set it to a location. ( numerical value location )
how to do that though, not sure.
I noticed this when i was making my last mod. but couldn't make the NPC's load where i wanted them either.

Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

Is this just not possible?
This is frustrating me to no end and ruining my life.
Here's what I've tried:
*I have made her a character.
*I have made a division with her as the leader, with a value of 1.
*I have added her directly to the residence list.
*I have added her directly to the default residents.
*I have added her division to the Fisher faction.
*I have tried using both true/false resident override.
*I have added her to the Fisher faction resident list.
--
I finally got her to spawn by adding her inside an already existing squad in the fisher faction...
I want her to be wondering around the town in her own squad. not part of a farmer family. And ultimately not even a part of the faction.
The ONLY way i have gotten her to appear is by modifying the "farmer family" division... Even duplicating that division to make her own division, and adding it to that resident list that has the farmer family division in it, does not make her appear. This feels broken to me.

1. Create a new mod in the F.R.C.
2. Duplicate the farmer division in the forgotten construction set.
3. Delete everything in the duplicate farmer division except the building value. It should be "House."
4. Set the Leader AI to "Patrol Hometown"
5. Add your character to that division as the leader.
6. Add that division to the Faction called Fisher and set it's value to 1.
7. Create a new start off that has that character and set that start off town to FIsher.
8. Save your mod.
9. Add your mod to the "mods.cfg" file in the data folder of Kenshi.
10. Open the Game.
11. Choose new game and your new start off.
12. You should now be in the town called Fisher.
13. Open the In-game editor.
14. Create a new house in Fisher.
15. Click populate untill you see your character appear inside a house and start wandering around the town.
16. Click save.
17. Done. Your character will now wonder around the town as long as your mod and world data are both installed.
WARNING: clicking populate with any form of existing base or world mod loaded into the game may make NPC's spawn in that location. Make sure you back up you world data before EVER attempting to make modifications to it.
WARNING#2: Any squad that is present during a population action may be lost! Always make a new game before ever clicking populate in the in-game editor.
