This little tweak enables the Battery Bank (unchanged itself).
After researching level 2, there will be a new tech "Energy Storage" available for research. Finishing this research will allow the player to build the Battery Bank with energy storage 60 and max power output of 10. For those who want to experiment early with batteries.

To install, download the mod file and place in the data folder. Add the mod name into the mods.cfg in the same place.
