Unable to Enter Police Station

I recently brought a few bounties to Capan and found that my characters were not able to enter the police station, and I also experienced issues where my characters could not interact with doors or enter buildings in Brink - such as the bars. I've tried reloading and restarting the game to no avail. Any suggestions? Anyone else have these problems?

rebuild your navmesh
Ctrl + Shift + F11 Game will pause and even stop responding, this is normal.
it may require a couple tries.
after you do each one, save your game then exit, restart Kenshi and reload your game.

This worked a few times, but I have tried this method for an hour now and I've reached a point where it no longer seems to do anything. I was able to sell off 2 of my bounties, but your method stopped working for the last 2.

can try revalidating your game cache as well
or deleting the data folder then revalidate if you sue Steam version.

I do have the Steam version of this game and, after trying your suggestions, I still have the exact same problem.
