Hey guys, Im not quite sure if anyone has posted about it yet or not. But I think it would be awesome to have funtional slots for armor/clothing and cosmetic slots. So if you really like the look of a specific article, but you have something that has better stats. Also multiple slots for the head. So anyone can wear a mask and a hat. Just my two cents.

Anyways, sorry if this causes forum clutter.

Although I think it'd be cool too, I can't imagine it would be easy to make it appear realistic, keeping the weight and volume of the cosmetic and armor sets in mind.

Although, I could see being able to throw something like a cloak over a large set of plate armor. It might not be too impractical to create some collision as well if it were just a handful of cloak models, but I wouldn't know.

Well after playing for awhile I think it would be pretty frivolous to have silly cosmetic slots for stuff. Kenshi isn't about looking pretty, and I don't like the idea anymore. But it would be cool to have multiple layers so you could have an undershirt, some kind of second layer like chainmail and then heavy armour to go over. Then pants and boots and gloves and maybe a cloak or a belt. The more you wear layer wise would make you more clunky and slow but you would be able to take way more of a beating.

For the cape: http://www.lofigames.com/phpBB3/viewtop ... =11&t=7076
The mod uses the backpack slot so that you can wear the cape all the time but I can imagine that, depending on the armor, there are a few clipping issues.

I don't really get why you should equip some undershirt when using chainmail anyways?
Would there be any advantage at all? :P
But I also agree that a glove slot would be nice.. it would complete the gear. Not that important, but nice.

Well generally when chainmail and heavy armor was worn a thick wool like shirt would be worn underneath to prevent chaffing and also helps absorb the impact of heavy blows.
