Doctors in towns

I started a new game to see what it was like, and damn. Injuries are real. It would be cool if there was a doctor in towns to patch up your bleeding and injuries.

You can lie in bed at Mr. Floppys all you want, but it doesn't do anything for your cuts. You're also messing up their sheets with yo nasty desert blood.

Later on, it would be nice if you after you buy a house in town, you could set up shop as a doctor and fix people up. All the Adventurer's and banged up town guards would come to you for aid.
