[0.90.10] Battery Bank acts like windmill but doesn't work

Battery bank doesn't seem to have any power bank. Instead, it has a wind meter, and power output.

I assumed it collected power while windmills were operating, but this doesn't seem to be the case. Battery banks seem to do nothing. They don't collect power, nor do they generate any power of their own.

Can confirm this, imported a save to build them to test their function and they don't store power at all.

It would be nice since the location I'm at wildly goes from 12mph to 2mph constantly.

Finding the same thing too. I have a number of generators running to supplement my wind turbines - it would be nice if the leftover juice could be collected in the batteries to make the most of my fuel reserves.
