[0.91.11] Buildings becoming unenterable.

This watchtower cannot be entered. I have saved, reloaded, redrew the navmesh, opened and closed the door, and nothing. My units just gather at the door trying to get inside, but cannot anymore. They used to be able to enter it just fine until .11
