So I spotted a 100% copper resource right next to a 100% iron resource and figure I will build a small outpost right here encircle them both and mine them in peace when i need the resource.

Picture one shows the resources im talking about.

So i start to build around it and then its just gone... vanished... :?

Hey, have you checked the underground deposits by prospecting? Seems like it has something to do with various decoration stuff (which is everything besides the terrain itself: rocks, trees, various debris, etc., etc.) clearing out when founding an outpost. No idea why this huge metal structure to the right is still there though...

no i did not check the underground resource by prospecting. However, i did collect copper from the structure that disappeared. So if its not a resource then I should not have been able to collect anything from it.

I think.

It seems that if you load a game after building stuff, some of the ground scatter tht would have been close to your building is gone. This may be related.

Pardon me, i thought that copper may be mined with ore drill just like iron, so i assumed you can still get your precious pink metal even though ground veins have dissapeared, but seems like i was wrong :(
