So I got this wanted poster today(awesome feature btw) but I'm wondering with the game unfinished does this guy(also the dust king which is another wanted poster) exist? can I actually go and kill this guy and recover the bounty?

Dust King does, for sure, exist... At least his tower, anyway. Since bounties are a bit bugged atm, i never bothered to hunt for them.

I've already encountered spiders. Nasty creatures, but i'm uncertain if their master is currently presented. If he's anywhere to be found in the current map, then North and North-West would be your best bet.

The bugmaster has great stats, my highest unit has 80+ stats and is still weaker.
The area around the bugmaster is full of spiders that are pretty strong as well.

He definitely exists, and spoiler: If you can work it out just right and turn him in for a bounty while he is unconscious, he shouldn't notice when you go to pay his bounty to get him free and he will join your party. I used a similar method to acquire the queen of the Shek (Stone Golem). And a beak thing. And an iron spider. I have a menagerie...
