how to get rid of old outposts?

Back when the new map was new I traveled about and every time that I setup a camp for the night it marked it as "your outpost" on the map. Even when I dismantled camp the icon remains on the map, and if I near one of those areas it will show up as my territory. Even ones that are now under other cities and towns.
While this bug was fixed long ago, doesn't happen any more, those old icons are still out there.
Is there any way to get rid of them?
I don't mind them except that I keep getting notices that there is an incoming attack at "Your OutPost". But it never hits my main outpost and I have no idea which old campsite they are attacking.

The solution is either import into a new game and rebuild your one base.. lol.. or

Name each of those "your bases" -- you can edit the text field to anything you want.

it's something the Dev needs to make so you can remove them.
as there is no way currently besides the method mentioned above.

shift + f12 (debug mode) and just remove it manualy...
