Selling Paid Buildings in Towns

This game need selling building system. where you can sell the building you paid for in town, but there % it might sell do to area of the place your selling at, also you cant higher the price of the building, where the area of the place where you selling it at has a selling wage of buildings. also when the Ai/bot pays for the building it will take couple days for them to spawn into the building. I'm just tired of having houses that i wont be using at all empty.
