Game Crash shortly into playing like 3 times in 10 hours. 1.0.19

I have a very fast rig, and I did use the Forgotten Construction Set to make a custom start. My custom start had 7 different squad mates, that took some troubleshooting initially because squad mate 1, shared stats with like 3 others. And not sure how that got fixed but eventually it went well until now, like 10 hours after starting a fresh game.

So I made custom start mod to drop us into World's End, with main character without arms and legs. During play I have recruited only 1 character to be scientist.
