Unconscious fogman is carrying an NPC, while being carried by my character

Was fighting a horde of fogmen with a martial artist, a fogman woke up and tried to carry away a Holy Nation Outlaw.
Guy ended up being unconscious (forgot how), but the NPC is stuck and still looks like he's still being carried.

Attached is the save (has mods), picture of the bug and the location of where it happened.

Sorry I couldn't make an attachment for my save, the raw filesize was 296mb and the zipped is 106mb. Instead I uploaded it to my google drive.
