Game crashes when trying to save or exit and autosave doesnt work.

Hello, i recently started playing kenshi and like 7 hours in the saving as well as exiting stopped working.
Now when i do either of those things , i get the error message seen in the image. My saves folder is set to read only for some reason. I tried manually setting it to read and write, but it doesnt do anything, even though i have the admin privileges on my computer.

Note to developers
-Shidan has already helped address this issue on the kenshi community discord. The user was instructed to post here before the 1.0.48 update launched <3
