Problem with save file

Im having trouble acessing my game file and receiveng the message that follows in the attached image.
Is there a way to fix it?

This is usually caused by corrupted zone files being cleared out. Nothing you can really do at this point, besides uploading the save.log file. It won't fix anything, but it would allow the devs to investigate the cause and possibly stop it from happening in the future.

To make the error stop showing up, import the save.
