More granular FCS control

I wish there was more options for customizing values in the FCS (or just natively implemented into the game). For instance, being able to adjust how much X activity trains Y skill. E.g. Leather crafting is typically what most people do early on to train Armor Smithing... however, it should obviously have less of a benefit to training at high levels than actually crafting armor. So an option to set it to train at 0.5 efficiency versus 0.75 for cloth armor, 1.0 for plate smithing, etc. This would better reflect how useful an activity is to learning a skill.

There are lots of things like this in the FCS that could benefit from more direct control. Like racial bonuses (rather than the static +-20% outside of a handful of select attributes).
