Heya,
I'm here to report crashing during in-game save loading (but also some other stuff).
It's a bit at random, as in it can occur at any time, but the game tends to crash more if:
1) The game has been running for a while and I have just been farming mining in one place
2) I have split up my crew and am switching between them trying to both farm and adventure (crashing more often occurs if I try to load a save right after i switch between the crews which are far apart)
3) I've ran the game a few times (naturally opening and closing it without bugs) without shutting down my computer in between runs
About points 1) and 3) the game seems to glitch out in general more and more the longer it runs or if I don't shut down my computer for a bit after a few hours. Loading times increase exponentially and if I've played the game cumulatively more than 5-6 hours in one day without shutting down the PC they can be upwards of 5-10 minutes from the main menu and in game exploration zone loading.
Also automated commands tend to be forgotten (like eating meals when food is available in close proximity for squad members with regular activities or completing buildings for people with the Engineer job when materials are avaliable) the longer the game runs.
Love your game!
Best,
Soul

Well, unfortunately I'm not seeing anything of note crash related in the logs.
But I am seeing that your save is extremely bloated, and is taking upwards of 10 seconds to save. Bloated saves can cause corruptions and bugs, which could be related to your experiences here. I would highly suggest importing the save, which will cull a ton of the excess data you don't need.
Make sure to remove any items from prisoners unless you're okay losing them, as importing will not bring your prisoners if you have any.
