Ver 1.0.55 Crash Dump

Crash is seemingly random. Happens while loading, while travelling (at normal and triple speed), and when transitioning between zones.

Radeon RX 580 8GB
128GB RAM
Win 10

According to your logs it's the distant towns system crashing, try disabling it in the options menu.

That seems to have fixed it. I think I narrowed it down to a town within the Swamp region. Thats where the crashes seemed to be focused.
