Bug with saves

Hello, I ran into a problem with my game save. The problem came from nowhere: I didn't change anything in the game client, but by running my old save, which worked stably earlier. After a few seconds of loading, the game crashed (I attach the report). This problem is related to all my saves, however, when I selecting "new game", everything works. Please help me figure out the problem.

My guess would be either corrupt zone data, or a mod issue. I would try the tests in this guide here to identify the issue and narrow it down.
