The game crashes when I walk and also when I load the game

The game crashes when I walk to any place randomly, I can sometimes walk for a long time until when it comes to loading the area it crashes and if I save the game while in that area and when loading it also crashes, plzzzz help!!!!  :?

My guess would be either a mod causing issues, or corrupt zone data. I would try the tests in this guide here:
