You have a mod adding a race named "RACE", and it lacks an editor limits file for it, which is what tells it the data for sliders and such in character customization.

You'll need to either disable the mod causing it, or if it's a mod you made open it up and either delete the race or add some editor limits to it.

It's very strange because I didn't make my mod , there are no others with that name, at least not specifically with that name.
