Sounds to me like you're getting file corruptions. The crash on import appears to be an attempt to read corrupt data, and the characters going missing is probably the platoon data getting corrupted.

My suggestion would be slow it down on the saves, as you seem to save a lot looking at your save.log. And to avoid using quicksaves, make manual saves and don't overwrite them. You can keep a set of rolling saves, where you delete the older ones, but overwriting will increase your chances of corruption.

You also might run a chkdsk scan, make sure it's not your drive having issues.

if i play the game on quick-save,and manually saving the game sometimes like u said, and then that if my quick-save corrupts..would it affect the manual save files i saved while playing on quick-save?so can i still quick-saving the manual save files after my latest quick-save corrupts?
also did a chkdsk scan.it seems like i havent a problem on that

No, a quicksave corrupting would not corrupt a manual save. It would only corrupt the quicksave. The manual save would still be fine.

At minimum you should slow down on the saving. I'm seeing in the logs multiple times where you saved again before it was done saving. Whenever you save the game, wait until it pops up with a "save successful" notification before you do anything.
