0.95.22 - 0.95.26 People standing still in middle of town

I have a weird bug where people in the town (mostly the ones supposed to be on the bar like fencing ninja and mercenaries) just stand still in the middle of the town, it doesn't happen on small settlements like holy farms and mines, only on cities, i've seen it on Stack, Blister Hill, Squin and Last Stand.



Its not game breaking but i think you guys should know about it.

I've also had this problem! I've seen it also happen in Shark and Clownsteady (although to be completely honest it's fairly convenient for recruiting ahaha)

This happens to me too, but only after first visiting after an import. Most, if not all, return to doing their business on a subsequent visit. I think saving/reloading might also prompt them to do what they do, though not sure.
