I want to see more equipment in the game, especially heavy armor.
The old armories have places in them that can hold blueprints, so why not put blueprints in them? I would love to see a really good, ancient design of armor that is no longer used because it is forgotten.
one of the things i would like to see is a heavy helmet that also counts as a gas mask.
Currently we only have 3 options for heavy armor torsos, and one option for heavy pants. this is a little lopsided. Worse still, when we crunch numbers, the 2 of the three heavy armor sets are not as good as plate jackets.
only one heavy armor helmet is good.
finding blueprints is very fun, so having more and better equipment blueprints to find would make exploration even better.

instead of blueprints
why not the actual armour
so that way you don't have the chance to equip every single person in your squad with ancient armour.
or if being able to be made, make it a 0.1% chance of success to reflect the lost art of making it in the first place. there for balancing out the chance of you flooding or equipping all your troops with it.

Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable
Current computer specs.

NVidia GTX 1050TI

I was thinking of giving it a very long crafting time/making the blue prints rare.
We can even up it a few notches, and have it not be a blueprint but a fragment of a blue print/ a picture. Have sort of a mystery. As the player finds fragments of the armor in the various ruins they realize that this was a set of really awesome armor and start trying to make it again.
Then again, based on the lore one option is to limit who can wear it. After all shek and hivers seem to be new according to leaked dialogue.
That may be something that the game needs: racial armors. Hiver only and shek only armor that gives them buffs, but other races can not wear.
racial armour. i've always hated that in games. while i do think they should have their own unique styles . i don't think there should be anything that says "Only a shek could possibly ever where this."philthymcnasty wrote:Hatsune_Neko wrote:instead of blueprints

"or only a hiver could use this"
its such a silly thing in games. and quite annoying. next comes restricting certain weapons to certain races.
