No progress bar for buildings

The houses dont get the same construction progress bar that say, a training dummy does.

this fixed itself after reloading the game. Newly placed buildings also have the correct readouts.

Can you show a screen? From what I see they both have the same bar, labelled "Condition".

I can't now, as the bug isn't happening anymore since i closed and loaded back into the game. very strange.
