[0.99]Anti-Slavers Bodyguard Contract Doesn't Require Ally

The "Anti slaver Ninja" dialog package has some lines talking about various world states, including one where they simply join you and bodyguard you for a couple days.

However, that line has no check for being in an alliance or any other state. So a character with no relations with the Anti-Slavers can just walk up and get some free bodyguards for a couple days. It also affects Tinfist's squad, so you can even get him and his lieutenants as bodyguards for no cost.

They followed me back to my outpost and they patrol there once the time runs out. Everytime I load the game again they start the bodyguard contract again with whoever they see first in my base.
Just now I quit and they were guarding my cook, my cook is fine with this bug.

And i cant actualy talk with any of Anti-slavers. Im in Spring right now and no dialog options here. Only shops.

Uhm ok and now they are following me...
