On the pause screen there is no way (that i am aware of) to return to the main menu.

thats because there is no return to main menu option
and currently unsure if the Devs will add one due to the issues of unloading game data.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable
