(v1.0.9) game crashes when near clownsteady/the grid

always crashing when near those locations, even without every mod disabled.
played 85days in the desert/holy nation and swamps territory and that never happend before.

you got a corrupt file (new_overlay.1.6.png), delete it and re-validate files on steam
