I recently have been able to rig meshes for custom armour using blender. I have just finished up a piece of custom armour but for some reason when I export it, it will not convert the XML to mesh. I do not know if it is the complexity of the model with faces and vertexes or if the weight painting is throwing it off.

Any insight as to why this might happen and how to correct it would be greatly appreciated! :D

Sounds like UV map issue. I don't think you can export the mesh when it has more than one UV map assigned to the mesh. Make sure you only have one UV map for the mesh (delete the rest) and try re-export to see if that fixes it.

First I would love to thank you for taking the time to make the blender tutorial! I found it most useful as I hope many others who attempt to use blender do as well! I feel it is an underused product. I went back and found that there was indeed more than one UV map, I deleted it and it exported properly! I have had similar issues like this before with other modeling projects now I know how to correct them! Thank you again you are most helpful!
