Random CTD in base (no dump)

Can be out of base for hours without issue. In base, can go 5 or 50 minutes, but eventually it'll CTD with no dump. Have done a file verify, same issue. Happens after I import, as well, if I preserve buildings/etc.

Kenshi Version is 1.0.22

Added all the log files that were updated around that time (default, info, gui, havok).

Possibly identified a commonality, though could just be a false association.

It may be occurring when the game is trying to propagate the "faction has been removed from outpost" message that you get whenever you beat the last bandit/etc that's trying to kick you out of your base.

Yep, it's definitely something to do with triggering the base cleared event. When I run into fights as soon as the last enemy is down I quicksave. In less than two minutes if I don't see the cleared message the process terminates. If I reload and don't see the message, process terminates. If I reload and see the message, game continues without issue.
