[v1.0.52] Broken Kral's Chosen Raid

The raid "Shek Krals Chosen Raid (battleborn)" can get stuck if the Phoenix is imprisoned. As the conditions for triggering are that the Bugmaster, Esata, or the Phoenix are not okay.

While the announcement dialog for it "Shek world state generic announce" has three paths, one for the Bugmaster not okay, one for Esata not okay, and one for the Phoenix dead.

This means that if the Phoenix is imprisoned, the raid can trigger, but cannot start the attack phase since the dialog gets stuck.

A simple switch of the world state on the Phoenix dead path to the "Holy phoenix is not okay" state instead will fix it.
