[1.0.55] Crashing with Distant Town Feature

Game is crashing alot when using the generate distant town feature. Just tried one last time after reinstalling the game and clearing all data and without using mods (only mist ghouls so I can start as one and run a lil bit faster...for testing purposes).
Game does not crash when that option is toggled off.
