[1.0.55] Crashing every single time i enter an ashalnd dome

I have been playing kenshi a lot in the past 6 months and started modding it ofc and settled on a stable mod list which i use in all my playthroughs, nothing that alters the Ashland region or the ashland domes in particular. Have major mods which i change up sometimes these are the center of the mods and i take care to check which is compatible with each others, like Genesis or Universal Wasteland Expansion. Most of the times i use Genesis , and never had problems, but on my last 2 playthroughs i encountered this problem every time i enter an ashland dome regardless of playtime i crash to desktop 100% of the time.
I am uploading the kenshi txt from my last crash.
Anyone has any idea what might be causing this? tried looking through that txt file but i cant make heads or tails of it. Checked the mod pages i use to see if something has changed and it might cause this so far i have found nothing.
