Game crashes on startup

Game crashes on startup, never even reaches a menu. I do play with some mods, but I've had them for a long time and never had any issues, and switching the mods off does not resolve.

No errors recorded in the logs. So first thing I'd try is a clean reinstall. Back up any saves or mods, and your mods.cfg file to save your load order. Then uninstall the game, manually remove any leftover files, then reinstall.

There was another user with a similar issue the other day, and also had no errors in their logs, and that's what helped them.
