Looks like a bunch of rendering errors. Unfortunately not something with a consistent fix.


Sometimes it is caused by certain mods, often graphics mods, so you might try disabling some of those to see if anything helps.

Other times disabling shader caching for Kenshi in your graphics card's settings can help.

Updating/reinstalling graphics drivers has also helped some users with this error.
