[v1.0.60] Freeze during dialog with Profanity Filter

After investigating some crashes reported over on Steam and Discord, it's been discovered that If you turn on the profanity filter in the options menu it will freeze whenever it plays any dialog at all.

So far this has been reliably reproduceable on both Steam and GOG versions, on multiple machines.

Doesn't generate a dump, as it does not fully crash, just stops responding. And I didn't see anything of note in the logs about it, just standard errors that are always there. Though I can post them if needed, if there are difficulties reproducing the freeze.
