crashes when trying to create my characters

crashes every time I try to customize my character, I tried lowering the graphics settings but it still doesn't work and I don't know what to do anymore

Looks to me like you need more ram. You barely pass the minimum requirements for ram, but you have a graphics card that has no vram of its own, and it uses some of your ram instead. Odds are the crash is coming from running out of either vram or ram.
