Kenshi suddenly crashing all the time

So I've been playing for 77 ingame days and suddenly the game keeps crashing shortly after I load my save.
Was working fine until yesterday.
I already deactivated the distant towns setting (was never active in the first place anyways) and can't figure out what the issue is.
Importing my save doesn't work as the game also crashes when I try to do this.
Hoping to fix this as I don't want to wreck my save...

I would suggest trying the tests in this guide here to see if you have corrupt zone data.

It can manifest as a crash in certain regions, doesn't show any crash in the logs (your logs do not show one), and persists through imports if you bring buildings.

If you do have corrupt zone data, that guide has steps to remove the corruption as well.
